Ayesha Curry seems to be a lightning rod for controversy, even when she puts on a wig. The cooking personality and wife of Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry received some backlash after she posted a selfie of her and Steph while donning a blonde getup.

One such respondent went after Curry for her facial complexion, but Steph was there to back his wife.

The look elicited a number of reactions on Twitter on Sunday night. Some were far more complementary than others.

Steph Curry has never been hesitant to speak out in support of Ayesha, and it seems he chose a more light-hearted route in the latest Instagram post.

The Curry's have been quite visible on social media over the course of the past year, particularly with Steph sidelined for the overwhelming majority of the 2019-20 season due to a broken left hand.

But Curry healed up towards the end of the regular season, and he will prepare to reignite the Warriors dynasty next year.

Without Steph Curry and Klay Thompson on the floor, the Dubs posted the worst record in the regular season this past year.

However, the absences of the two stars allowed head coach Steve Kerr to see what he had in the likes of Eric Paschall, who might now be a crucial bench piece in the coming years. The Warriors will also have a full season with Andrew Wiggins as the starting small forward, and they have options with the No. 2 overall pick in the upcoming draft.

Curry did not participate in the team's voluntary market bubble, but he will soon return to work. For now, Steph and Ayesha are keeping the hater blockers on.
