Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry has been ruled out of tonight's game against the Orlando Magic with a right thigh contusion.

Shaun Livingston will start in Curry's place and newly called up point guard Quinn Cook will be active. Rookie Jordan Bell will be inactive.

The injury is not too serious as Curry was previously listed as questionable prior to the final decision. It's one of those injuries where he probably would have been able to go if it were a playoff game.

The Warriors have been on fire lately pulling off a historic game streak of double-digit wins. The Orlando Magic haven't made the playoffs in years but they are off to a better start this season so may pose more of a threat to an undermanned Warriors team.

Livingston gets the start and will help lead a different-looking Warriors team. Livingston isn't a threat from three but the most unselfish team in the league can still find ways to score. Look for Kevin Durant and Draymond Green to play more as playmakers tonight. It will also be interesting to see if Cook gets any run after just getting called up from the G League.

Curry will hope to be back for the Warriors' next game against Thursday against the Celtics.
