The upcoming NBA All-Star Game will not only be a showcase of the league, but also an opportunity for talents like Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry to literally present their best foot forward by also showcasing each of their highly anticipated All-Star edition kicks.

Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry will be dawning a special edition of the Curry 6 — aptly named as The “Coy Fish” — which apparently draws inspiration from a college prank that went terribly wrong:

That would have been one epic story, and Curry will be commemorating the memorable incident by debuting the special edition of the Curry 6 in its spanking new neon green colorway during next weekend's All-Star Game.

Curry conceded his spot as the team captain of the West to conference newcomer LeBron James. Curry did not have the opportunity to pick his own team this year, as it was Eastern Conference top vote-getter Giannis Antetokounmpo who had the honor of going up against LeBron in the pregame draft.

It wasn't all that bad for Curry, though, as he still managed to get enough votes to be named as a starter for the West backcourt along with Houston Rockets MVP frontrunner James Harden.

Stephen Curry will be playing on team Giannis and is slated to start alongside Joel Embiid, Paul George, Kemba Walker, and Antetokounmpo.

They will be going against Team LeBron's starting five of Kevin Durant, James Harden, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard, and LeBron himself.

The NBA All-Star Game tips off at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 17.
