The dust has barely settled on the Golden State Warriors' heartbreaking play-in loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday and already, Stephen Curry is considering his options. The former back-to-back MVP is currently contemplating the possibility of joining Team USA for this summer's Olympics.

Despite an epic performance from Curry, the Warriors fell to Ja Morant and the Grizzlies in a season-ending defeat on Friday. After the game, Steph admitted that at this point, he has yet to make a decision in terms of his participation with the national team this summer:

“Obviously everything was geared towards extending this season as far as possible, and honestly, I know there's a lot of conversation and chatter about logistics and the set up and all that type of stuff, I don't know what that looks like from Team USA, so trying to gather as much information as possible and make the right decision for me at the end of the day,” Curry said, via Alex Didion of NBC Sports.

The Olympics kicks off on July 23, which will give Curry a couple of months to prepare should he decide to take part in the festivities. The Warriors star is one of the best players in the game right now so it goes without saying that Team USA would love to have him on board. Back in March, the national team listed Curry and Dubs teammate Draymond Green as part of their 57-man shortlist.

Interestingly, Steph has never played for Team USA in the Olympics throughout his decorated career. Could this be the year? Right now, that prospect is still up in the air.
