Much had been made about the differences between the Finals MVP and the two-time MVP's shoe-driven rift during this offseason, after the former, a Nike athlete, mentioned during an interview that kids at the college level are not interested in wearing Under Armour.

Stephen Curry, who has been the league's ambassador of the brand, responded the next day, saying the statement couldn't have been further from the truth — but ultimately offered that his teammate had the right to his opinion.

Kevin Durant noted the two hashed out differences over a conversation and now are free to poke fun at the concept of internal “sneaker wars” in the locker room.

The two teammates didn't seem too concerned about their opposite shoe affiliations, each assisting on two of the other's buckets during Thursday's outing.

Under Armour has taken a massive hit this fiscal year, with the stock going down to 44 percent at one point and an additional 3 percent after Durant's comments.

The Maryland-based brand hopes to bounce back from misfortune with the release of the Curry 4, which will be the point guard's signature shoe this 2017-18 season.
