Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors had himself an historic evening on Sunday. The former back-to-back MVP amassed a career-high 62 points in a winning effort against the Portland Trail Blazers, which resulted in a traditional post-game water bath from Dubs teammate Damion Lee.

Here's a look at Curry giving off a bit of a primal scream after being doused with what appears to be some really cold water (h/t NBA TV):

Curry was in the midst of a serious interview when Lee decided to pour a bottle of water over his head. Curry didn't mind the congratulatory gesture, and it prompted a memorable victory shriek from the Warriors superstar.

The Dubs entered Sunday coming off a blowout loss against Damian Lillard and the Blazers on New Year's Day, and Curry clearly wanted to avenge the loss. He finished with 62 points on 18-of-31 shooting and 18-of-19 from the stripe, to go along with eight triples, five rebounds, and four assists in 36 minutes of play.

Sunday's huge win marked Golden State's third win of the campaign, who are now 3-3 to start the season. The Warriors return to action on Monday against the Sacramento Kings, and we don't expect Curry to cool off one bit.
