Throughout several seasons, the Golden State Warriors have made a living in the playoffs where Stephen Curry has pushed himself up the all-time record book ladder. Much of this has come in the way of his 3-point shooting ability that has quickly moved him up the ranks in league history.

With that in mind, Curry accomplished yet another major individual milestone by passing San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili for third all-time in 3-pointers made in the playoffs. This happened on Sunday afternoon in Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals against the New Orleans Pelicans.

In his six trips to the playoffs in his career, Curry has been a huge factor from beyond the arc by drilling more than 20 three-pointers in each of the last five postseason runs. In fact, he has hit at least 70 three-pointers in each of the last three years that pushed him up the charts on the all-time list.

The 30-year-old is in striking distance of the next two players on the list, with Cleveland Cavaliers star forward LeBron James currently at 346 made 3-pointers, and soon-to-be-inducted Hall of Famer Ray Allen holding the top mark at 385.

Although James is still playing, Curry is hitting 3-pointers at a rate that will quickly result in him passing both James and Allen at some point in the near future.

If he could avoid any significant injuries for the rest of his career, Stephen Curry could push that all-time mark to astronomical heights that should further strengthen his trajectory to become a sure-fire Hall of Fame career. He has established him as being arguably the best shooter that the league has seen.

All in all, this is just another step closer to what should one day be another NBA record to his name.
