Before the 2019-20 NBA season was suspended, Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors were scheduled to host the Brooklyn Nets in a fanless game at the Chase Center. It would have been one of the weirdest games in NBA history if the season wasn't suspended a day before.

If games are resumed in the summer, there will likely be no fans at the arenas. With that said, Curry predicts that NBA games without fans would be very “raw.”

“It would be raw. This would take it to a whole another level to just pure insanity of what we say on the court, what, you know, that trash talk that happens, even myself taking part in it,” the Warriors sharpshooter shared, via CNN.

“But I think everybody, from whether you're on the court, on the bench, all the nonsense, like that might be something that's really appealing from a fan perspective to get up close and personal with what we do on the court.”

NBA owners are hopeful of resuming games in the summer. It is unclear if Stephen Curry and the Warriors will have to participate since they had the worst record in the league in the 2019-20 campaign.

Curry appeared in only five games in 2019-20 because of a broken left hand. The three-time champion and two-time MVP needed two surgeries on his hand before he was able to play again.

In the five games he played for the Warriors, Curry averaged 20.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 6.6 assists. He also shot 40.2 percent from the field.
