Golden State Warriors superstar point guard Stephen Curry is one of the best players in the NBA. The sharpshooter has won two MVPs, three championships and established himself as the top shooter in league history.

Despite all that, Curry admits he still gets butterflies before every game he plays in, whether it's in the regular season or postseason.

“I mean, I get butterflies and stuff before every game,” Curry told Jon Wertheim of Sports Illustrated. “Because I love to play and I know that [but] I obviously have expectations for how I want to play every night. It matters. So, regular–season game, playoff game—obviously the playoffs is a little more of an adrenaline rush—but I haven't reached the point where I would show up a game and not feel anything.”

Curry is playing the game he loves on the brightest stage. Even though the Warriors star has been doing this for 10 years now, the six-time All-Star still gets pumped up when he plays in an NBA game.

Curry and the Warriors are favored to win the title again this season. If that happens, the Dubs will have four rings in five years. Curry averaged 27.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game in the regular season. He shot 47.2 percent from the field, 43.7 percent from beyond the arc and 91.6 percent from the free-throw line.
