Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr pointed out that one of Stephen Curry's “secrets to success” is coming from something beyond basketball.

In recent years, Stephen Curry has been the face of the Warriors dynasty. Atop that, he also is among the most influential NBA players of all time.

While natural-born talent mixed with hard work certainly put Curry to where he is today, Warriors coach Steve Kerr is certain the three-time NBA champion's blissful life plays a huge role in his success as a basketball player.

“They are directly related, there’s no question,” Kerr said of Curry's personal life and career via NBC Sports. “I’ve long felt that’s one of Steph [Curry’s] secrets to his success, he loves his life. He loves his family, he loves his hobbies, his daily existence on the Earth, he just enjoys it so much.”

“He’s got so much going for him that it makes everything smoother and more fun for him on the court,” he continued. “I think that’s true for everybody. If you can get things in order and you’re in a comfortable place, you’re going to have more success.”

Curry is now playing his 13th season with the Warriors and even at 33 years old, he has not shown any signs of slowing down.

In fact, this year seems to be no different from Curry's productive run last season, having already averaged 29 points, 8.3 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game thus far. The exceptional start even saw the two-time scoring champ sparking MVP debates as early as now.
