Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr praised his team after a dominant win over the Charlotte Hornets, tagging their play as a “complete game.”

Per Mark Medina of The Mercury News, Kerr commented about the Warriors' total of 41 assists. He also praised Kevin Durant for setting the tone early in the first quarter by distributing the basketball.

“We rarely have a guy who has 15 assists. We almost always have our assists spread around because we have so many playmakers.

Kevin set a great tone for us in the first quarter just distributing the ball, getting us going…”

Kerr was also asked about Klay Thompson — who has had some rough starts in some games. Kerr remains confident in Thompson's abilities, tagging him as one of the best shooter's of all-time. Though Thompson has had some struggles, he usually gets off the hump and eventually lights it up.

In their 137-90 victory over the Hornets, a total of six players notched double-figures in scoring. Stephen Curry led all scorers with 25 points, along with six assists, and five rebounds. He drained five 3-pointers in eight attempts.

Thompson was not far behind with 24 points on six conversions from 3-point country. Kevin Durant, meanwhile, had 11 points and nine assists while Draymond Green had 10 points, nine assists, and five rebounds.

The Warriors have improved to 52-24 and are in first place in the West. They're one game ahead of the Denver Nuggets, whom they'll host on Tuesday at Oracle Arena.
