Former NBA player Jayson Williams on a podcast interview with Vice Sports, spoke about ex teammate Charles Barkley's laziness and bad habits during practice.

Williams recalled how Barkley would arrive to Philadelphia 76ers practice late, ride the stationary bike while eating McDonald's, and yell at this teammates on the practice court.

Barkley recently spoke with Sportscenter regarding the truth of his former colleagues comments.

When I got to Philadelphia, Dr. J, Moses Malone, Maurice Cheeks – they never practiced. They’d sit on the side, on the stationary bike, eating McDonald's. So, once I had been in the league X amount of years, I adopted that philosophy. I had played 48 minutes the night before, I wasn’t going to get up the next morning and go to practice.

And I always go with the egg mcmuffins and the hot cakes and sausage, too. That's the best breakfast you can get.

Barkley confirmed the entire story, as well as the comment about him wrapping everything up together into a sandwich.

The most surprising thing about this entire story is, why is Barkley not accredited for inventing the McGriddle?
