Not only was Michigan's Jim Harbaugh named the Dodd Trophy Coach of the Week, but he also showed how generous he can be off the field with this heartfelt gesture.

Basically, any bonus money that Harbaugh takes in this year, which could be quite a bit, as he reeled in $500,000 for clinching the Big Ten East- and could earn up to $3.475 million depending on how far Michigan advances.

Harbaugh's generosity would benefit Michigan employees in the athletic department who saw their salaries cut as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Michigan implemented salary freezes and cut some employees' salaries by 5-10 percent.

Jim Harbaugh and his wife Sarah are committed to giving all the money back, no matter the amount. Harbaugh's generosity will benefit many Michigan employees who made sacrifices during the pandemic.
