While the passing of Scott Hall is saddening, it is not surprising after his fellow ex-WWE star Kevin Nash revealed on Sunday that Hall's family was planning to take him off life support after they got everything settled.
Hall suffered three heart attacks on Saturday night and put into life support after the medical emergency. It all started when he fell and broke his hip earlier this March, pushing him to undergo surgery. Unfortunately, the procedure resulted into a blood clot, which led to the multiple heart attacks.
According to an earlier report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Hall was taken off life support earlier on Monday. His longtime friend and fellow WWE Hall of Famer Sean Waltman confirmed the development and noted that Meltzer's reporting is accurate.

There’s no suave heel without Scott Hall. No NwO, Too Sweet, Hey Yo, Razor’s Edge, Ladder match with Michaels at Wresltemania, Kliq, and Razor Ramon, and many more without him. Rest in Peace to a legend. pic.twitter.com/46Aqqj2j2G

When I was a kid I was a massive wrestling fan, and WCW was my favorite promotion in the late 90s/early 2000s. I loved the NWO. Scott Hall was always one of my favorites and alway the first guy I chose in the video games. “Hey Yo.” RIP Scott Hall. 🙏 #RIPScottHall
