Conventional wisdom would suggest that with the green and gold briefcase now in his possession, Theory would turn his sights away from the United States Championship he lost at Money in the Bank in favor of targeting the biggest prize in the promotion today: The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

Well, if the first segment of the Fourth of July edition of RAW is of any indication, that statement is correct, but only partially.

That's right, thanks to his connections within the company – most likely with the WWE's head booker, Vince McMahon – Theory has not only set his sights on potentially cashing in his MitB briefcase at the end of the Brock Lesnar-Roman Reigns Last Man Standing Match at SummerSlam but he also on regaining his United States Championship from Bobby Lashley, as the two will wrestle once more for the belt in Nashville at the end of the month.

Oh Theory, if you can't beat Lashley in a fight with a metal suitcase to use as a weapon, how can you expect to beat him in the ring, be that in a pose-off or a good old-fashioned wrestling match?

Then again, if Theory is involved in a match with a certified heavyweight like Lashley, especially for an undercard belt like the United States Championship, something goofy has to come into play to get the “Youngest Mr. Money in the Bank winner in WWE history” a win over “The All Mighty.” Either way, whether or not Theory wins or loses the match versus Lashley at SummerSlam is sort of irrelevant, as it will serve as nothing more than the appetizer for the show's main event.
