Despite being firmly on Adam Pearce's naughty list after repeatedly beating up on Ricochet inside and out of the ring, Bron Breakker was afforded another chance to mix it up in the ring on RAW against the “Highlight of the Night” if for no reason other than the's desire to prove he's on-par with Mr. “Badder Than Evil.”

Unfortunately for the WWE Speed Champion, it wasn't meant to be, as he was beaten down, again, in front of his fiance, narrowly saved by Ilja Dragunov outside of the ring after attempting to end his career for good with a brutal beatdown that required security support from the back.

With Pearce making a match between Dragunov and Breakker official for the go-home edition of RAW before Clash at the Castle, the former WolfDog stopped by RAW Talk to discuss the match, telling the “Czar” to be ready for next week, as no amount of social media documented exercise routine will be enough to make him “Badder than Evil.”

“Look, tonight, I had to make an example out of Ricochet. Not only to Adam Pearce, but to the world because this is what happens when you do stupid things. Like Pat McAfee puts it all the time, like a bold stooge that is Adam Pearce for not putting me in the King of the Ring tournament. Now, as far as Ilja Dragunov goes, for attacking me after the match?” Bron Breakker asked on RAW Talk via Fightful.

“A couple weeks ago, Ilja, you said that I was the golden child, that that is not the definition of intensity. Well, I gotta give it to you. You're one of the best performers in the world, but me being the golden child isn't any more intense than you fake yelling into the camera every week and holding your breath until your face turns purple. Now, why don't you do yourself a favor this week. Go home, get with your little diet coach, 190 pounds, eat your Wheaties, do your little one-arm pushups and the rest of your stupid lifts because it's gonna take everything and then some for you to prepare to beat me because there's only one bada** in WWE, there's only one meaner than evil, there's only one dog, and that is me.”

On paper, Breakker is semi-correct to suggest that he's got an advantage heading into RAW, as he does have a win over Dragunov, even if they are 1-1 overall, including a more recent win by the “Mad Dragon” last September. Still, this isn't NXT anymore, and after racking up four straight easy wins on the main roster, it's clear Breakker is being pushed like an unbeatable force, whereas Dragunov is more of a charismatic babyface grappler who has an encouraging 3-1 record on the main roster but has had much closer matches. All in all, this looks like true appointment viewing that fans should mark down on their calenders.

Booker T believes Bron Breakker is a perfect mix of the Steiners.

Speaking of the way Bron Breakker has been booked in the WWE Universe, Booker T celebrated his efforts in transitioning from NXT to the main roster, noting that, in his opinion, he's become a perfect mix of his famous family members, Rick and Scott Steiner.

“I can say this about Breakker. Man, this kid, he didn't get it handed to him or anything like that. It wasn't given to him. He really had to work his a** off to actually get the people behind him from a perspective to where they forget about who his dad is, and who his uncle is. That right there is something — for me, I gotta' give this kid his props on not having the name Steiner to fall back on, but Bron Breakker. And I don't know if you remember me saying this about this kid, but if this kid is good enough, people gonna forget about that, the only thing they're going to think about is Bron Breakker,” Booker T explained via EWrestling News.

“And I see him now, and he's a star, man. He's truly a star. I was talking about him on the show last night, and I was comparing him to his dad and his uncle and how he's a hybrid between both of them. He's got the speed and the quickness of Scott, and then he's got that raw dog in him that Rick brought to the table. And because Rick is just — he was just no-nonsense, I was just listening to him on the way here. He's talking about a podcast, and he was talking about how Konnan rubbed him the wrong way and at the last Nitro, you know, he just stiffed him a little bit. ‘Just a little bit. I knew it was the last night, so I just stiffed him a little bit.' [laughs] So for me, I see so much in Breakker, his uncle and his dad, a lot of those same qualities, man. But yeah, man, this kid, he worked his a** off for it. And big props to Breakker.”

Despite being the son of Rick, Breakker really does have a lot of Scott Steiner in his game, so much so that his uncle joked that he was stealing his entire wrestling moveset from the Frankensteiner to the Steiner Recliner. While Breakker may not be allowed to use his family name for one reason or another – seriously, Rex Steiner was a great name – in the end, he's still paying tribute to the duo with his in-ring work, with even fellow WCW legend Booker T taking notice.
