While WWE Raw kicked off this week with a Men's Last Chance Battle Royal for the penultimate spot in Money in the Bank, for the Main Event, it was the women's turn with a Last Chance Elimination Match of their own, all for the eighth and final spot in the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
No pressure, right?
In a match that featured Becky Lynch, Doudrop, Xia Li, Shayna Baszler, Tamina, and Nikki A.S.H. all vying for a spot in Vegas at the July Pay-Per-Per view, each performer had their own reason to put on a show for the Laredo, Texas fans in attendance, with “Big Match Becks” specifically vying for a spot at MitB after failing repeatedly to earn a spot on the show.
The eliminations came quick, with a slam from Lynch leveling Li to the canvas for the 1-2-3. But no, Becky wasn't done, as she then turned her attention to A.S.H. whom she got to tap with the appropriately named disarm-her.
But this wasn't a one-woman show. No, Doudrop got in on the fun too, splashing Baszler for a pin of her own, and following up with an elbow drop off the top on Tamina, who probably should have seen Randy Savage's signature move coming.
And then there were two, but not for long. No, as the show's runtime ticked down and went from two minutes, to one, and then even less than that, Lynch got Doudrop up on the ropes and took her down once and for all with the Avalanche Big Boss Slam, a move so good, it secured the pinfall win and a spot in Money in the Bank for the woman previously known as “The Man.”
