As the WWE Universe prepares for the much-anticipated debut of Jade Cargill, who has been teasing her proper debut for the promotion since officially signing on the dotted line at the end of the summer when she signed a long-term deal after a near-perfect run in AEW.

Soon, fans would get to hear her new theme music, see what nickname the promotions opted to use for her – “That B**ch” or otherwise – and most importantly of all, see which brand she is assigned to, be that RAW, SmackDown, or even NXT: a decision that will largely define many of her first matches and feuds as a WWE Superstar.

So, with Cargill widely viewed as a future champion and even a main eventer-in-waiting, it would make sense that some performers would hope to see the former TBS Champion land on a brand other than theirs, if for no other reason than to avoid the added competition, right? Well, in the humble opinion of Raquel Rodriguez, who was asked about Cargill's addition in an interview with The Dallas Morning News, it couldn't be further from the case, as she's actually excited to see another powerhouse in the women's division.

“We have one of the most competitive and bada** women divisions in the entire world when it comes to wrestling, especially women’s wrestling. The representation of strong, powerful, beautiful women is just really, really powerful right now in the WWE and across the globe,” Raquel Rodriguez told The Dallas Morning News. “So, adding Jade to that — and of course, you know, on the blue side [SmackDown], we also have Bianca [Belair], we have Bayley, we have Charlotte [Flair], I mean, the list goes on and on of strong, beautiful women, and adding her just kind of gives it a little bit more of a perch. We just have a whole roster full of powerhouse women and I’m excited to see what we do.”

On paper, Rodriguez is actually a pretty natural opponent for Cargill in WWE, as she's experienced, a multi-time champion in her own right, and the sort of talent who can establish her foe as a serious player with a smooth, commanding victory. If Cargill lands on RAW or NXT, Rodriguez may land on her to-do list before too long.

Speaking of Jade Cargill, Booker T discussed the recent series of vignettes that introduced the former AEW Champion to the WWE Universe, with interactions on RAW, SmackDown, and NXT used to get her in all three shows and hint that any of the shows could prove to be her final landing spot.

While Booker isn't sure how things will shake out, he's seen enough to boldly declare that Cargill is going to become a star in the WWE Universe one way or another.

“What a star, man. What a star. How’d she look, man? She looked like a superhero. No, I mean incredible. Besides the marriage and the mother thing man, She looked great. She looked, like I say, like she was carved out of granite. I think she was airbrushed. She looked like she didn’t even look real. That’s how put together she really is. And we are definitely blessed to have someone like Jade Cargill on the roster. She’s the star. She’s a future super, super duper star. And I think she’s in the right place for us getting to that next level,” Booker T said via Wrestling Headlines.

“The way she sees her career going, I mean, she sees herself as a superstar as well. She sees herself as being the next big thing. And for me, just seeing her in person, she is a spectacle, bro. I’m serious. She is truly a spectacle. And to finally see her on television working with me. Girls in the business are going to be really, really awesome. The. I think that’s going to. Help the growth of Cargill exponentially as well. Being able to go out there and work with talent, that is better.”

what does the future hold for Cargill in WWE? Will she turn into a legitimate WrestleMania main eventer and rise to the same level of success, fame, and notoriety as the stars who came before her, like Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, or Rhea Ripley? Or will her shtick not stick in WWE for one reason or another, be that her wrestling, her presentation, or her usage in feuds? Either way, it's hard to imagine a world where WWE could have set this up better, as the excitement surrounding Cargill is at an all-time high.
