While E3 2022 has been officially canceled this year, plenty of gaming publishers and developers are picking up the slack with a ton of gaming live streams and previews throughout the month of June. Both Microsoft, together with Bethesda, are working together to showcase the best of new gaming releases during the Xbox Summer Showcase, and recently, they've revealed some new details regarding the event.

In a Twitter post made by Aaron Greenberg, general manager for the Xbox brand, he mentions that there will be a 90-minute live stream revealing a ton of new games and updates to existing games for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows 10/11. With around 90 minutes of screen time, many fans have gone wild on social media, discussing and speculating over what games could possibly be shown off.

While there are plenty of titles that fans have been waiting to hear new details on, some of the biggest announcements that fans are hoping to hear the most will be including Perfect Dark, Midnight Suns, new Forza Motorsport, Fable reboot, Everwild, Elders Scrolls VI, Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 and more.

They have also reassured fans that there will also be news on the Xbox Game Pass service, as well as announcements of new and updates to various indie titles. They are making sure that this presentation will cover the entire Xbox ecosystem. Personally speaking, I am hoping for some callbacks to some previous Xbox games, and maybe some obscure favorites could make a big return this year. After all, reboots and remakes seem to be very popular at the moment, so anything goes this year.

The Xbox Summer Showcase will be premiering on June 12th, 2022. Those that are interested in watching it live can catch the showcase on multiple websites and platforms including YouTube, Twitch.TV, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok.
