The Seattle Seahawks have accepted the rebuild after making a big trade with the Denver Broncos, sending Russell Wilson away for a haul. It was a decent deal, as the franchise acquired multiple draft picks and players to increase talent around the entire roster. With rumors already swirling of Seattle trading more players away, we take a look at three potential trade options.

Entering a rebuild is never easy, as it's typically a long and grueling process. However, the Seahawks could set themselves up nicely by acquiring as many draft picks as possible. As long as Seattle keeps their cap space in a good spot while obtaining multiple rookies in the next couple of years, this franchise could set itself up nicely down the road.

Considering DK Metcalf is still young, the Seahawks should focus on building the offense around him. That means three other players hit the list of potential trade options for Seattle. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out, but the front office could receive great value letting these three players go.

With that said, here are three possible Seahawk trades the team should make after sending Russell Wilson to the Broncos.

Seahawks Trades Seattle Should Consider

3. Noah Fant

It's likely the coaching staff views Noah Fant as someone to build around, but the Seahawks could receive a nice haul of draft picks by trading him away. Fant is an athletic tight end who has been unable to untap his potential so far in his career. The right scheme fit could elevate the young tight end to new heights.

A few teams that stand out as potential trade partners are the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts. Both franchises could use Noah Fant and might be willing to pay a premium to the Seahawks. If not, then Seattle can keep Fant on the roster and build around him and DK Metcalf.

2. Tyler Lockett

Trading Tyler Lockett is the most realistic option the Seahawks have. He's a veteran wide receiver who has been a consistent deep threat throughout his career. Any franchise struggling in the receiving room would welcome Lockett to their roster. His cap situation isn't the best, but any team aiming for a Super Bowl run should jump on the opportunity to acquire Lockett.

Any franchise in desperate need of a receiver should be willing to pull the trigger. That's especially true if that front office fails to acquire any young talent in the offseason. Two teams that stand out as potential suitors for Tyler Lockett are the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons. Both of them should be willing to give up some draft capital to the Seahawks.

1. Jamal Adams

Jamal Adams might go down as one of the worst acquisitions in the Seahawks' franchise history. The front office gave up a load of draft picks to bring him in to help the defense and he's been mediocre at best. With Seattle rebuilding, now is the time to cut ties with Adams and send him away to a new team.

Adams hasn't been great in pass coverage as he plays more like an undersized linebacker. However, he could be a phenomenal fit in the right system. Two teams where the Seahawks' safety could resurrect his career are the New England Patriots or Miami Dolphins. Both franchises have a stellar defense that could use Jamal Adams' talents in their lineups.
