The Dallas Cowboys hoped that Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley wouldn't perform well against his former team. However, the wideout showed off to help the Bills pull off an upset against the team he suited up for seven years.

ESPN's Marcel Louis-Jacques recorded how Beasley was feeling after his impressive showing. He rained praises on how the Bills run their football team to the point that you would be forgiven for thinking that he's throwing the Cowboys under the bus.

“I'm just glad I'm in a place coaches believe in me, teammates believe in me and they give me opportunities to do what I do,” he said. “I was telling everybody before the game, I'm just glad I'm on this side while we're here.

“It's been a great experience, and everybody else played their butts off and got win No. 9. That's the most important thing, so I'm just glad to take another step forward.”

Beasley had a fine performance against his former team during the 26-15 victory at the AT&T Stadium. He finished with 110 receiving yards and a touchdown to his name. This is easily the best performance he's had this season. His best game before this was an 83-yard outing against the New York Giants in Week 2.

It's unlikely that he'll have another dominant performance like this next week, but the team will definitely hope that he'll at least perform similar to this level when they play the Baltimore Ravens for their Week 14 clash. With a quarterback like Lamar Jackson lining up for the Ravens, the Bills need Beasley and the rest of the receiving corps to keep up with him.
