Through his first few months with the Buffalo Bills, rookie quarterback Josh Allen has continued to make a strong impression on the franchise.

This has continued to see his teammates voice high praise toward him for his physical ability on the field behind his strong arm, which is something that teammate wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin has become quite impressed with on the field, according to Mike Rodak of ESPN.

“You seen the things he does the kid's a freak. Can't teach what he got. Some of the things he does running sideways and being able to throw the ball full speed lateral to a running back is crazy to see the things he does out there.”

Allen has quickly demonstrated to be a highly gifted physical athlete at the position that is anchored by his tremendously strong arm. It has helped him find success on the field in the preseason with the ability to make accurate throws down the field in tight windows of space for some impressive touchdown passes. This has helped him in his quest to make a strong push to earn the starting job from the get-go for the 2018 season as he's set to take the field for preseason action this week against the Cincinnati Bengals as the starter.

The 21-year-old looks to be in the driver seat in making a more solid case to earn that opportunity to begin his rookie campaign. He has certainly earned that chance in the preseason with his play through the first two games as he has looked more comfortable and under command of the offense with the more playing time he has on the field. This will be his first chance to go up against an opposing first-team defense that should give the Bills a gauge on where Allen is in his development.

Nonetheless, it looks like he is quickly earning respect and admiration from his teammates that he can get the job done when he is on the field.
