LeSean McCoy has had some pretty serious acquisitions levied against him. In a now deleted post off Instagram, McCoy's ex-girlfriend was seen with a bloody face, and McCoy was accused of beating her, McCoy's son and also a dog.

Former Bills teammate Richie Incognito came to the star running backs defense Tuesday night on Twitter.

Incognito also said she was living a fake lifestyle and in a later tweet said McCoy was in Florida and the assault happened in Atlanta.

The assault did happen in Atlanta, and McCoy does have proof that he was in Florida, but that's not against what anyone is saying. The woman's lawyers are more or less saying that McCoy hired someone to go to Atlanta, break into the house and retrieve specific items that McCoy had gifted her.

LeSean McCoy has denied the allegations and the NFL and police are investigating the matter.  This story should play itself out more over the next few weeks but it wouldn't be shocking to see McCoy go on the commissioner's exempt list while this plays itself out.

It doesn't matter how this plays out in court, McCoy could still be suspended even if no charges are brought against him.

The NFL has shown time and time again that just because the law doesn't find a player guilty, they will still suspend him. Ezekiel Elliott didn't face charges for an alleged abuse situation with a woman, but the NFL still suspended him saying he committed domestic violence. This still has a long ways to go before it is resolved, but it could be heading in the same direction.
