Buffalo Bills star receiver Stefon Diggs' vehicle was discovered near train tracks in Miami, per TMZ Sports. Law enforcement personnel arrived at the scene due to a call made last Sunday morning.

The empty Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon was merely feet away from tracks near the Miami Airport Station and is registered under Diggs' name.

As there were no persons near the scene, authorities decided to tow the vehicle. It was quite a strange sight, seeing a Mercedes-Benz abandoned like that.

A representative for the Bills star wideout gave a clear explanation of what transpired.

“[Stefon] was not driving the car,” Diggs' spokesperson remarked. “He allowed a friend to use the car while he was gone. Unfortunately, the friend had got a flat tire with the car.”

The Bills all-pro was informed of what transpired and is now having the vehicle fixed. The representative emphatically stated that no theft took place and no illegal activities happened. The police report is still being processed.

Diggs regularly trains in Miami before the season starts. The weather is a complete 180 compared to what he had to play in during his stint with the Minnesota Vikings and now with the Buffalo Bills.

Diggs had a fantastic run last season, as he led the league in receiving yards with 1,535. He developed great chemistry with Bills quarterback Josh Allen, which is made even more impressive considering it was their first season playing together.

The Bills exceeded all expectations last season and maintained most of their core players in the offseason. Should Allen continue to improve, there is no reason why Buffalo should not be a serious contender again.
