For a team to win games on a consistent basis like the Portland Trail Blazers continue to do lately, players must constantly be in sync with one another. For Blazers star guard tandem Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum, they appear to be so much on the same page that they even drink water in perfect unison.
After Portland's 13th straight victory last night when they beat the L.A. Clippers 122-109 at Staples Center, the Blazers official Twitter account posted a hilarious GIF in which cameras captured Lillard and McCollum during a timeout.

The duo of Lillard and McCollum provided a great one-two punch for the Blazers on Sunday night against the Clippers by scoring 23 and 21 points, respectively.
Every time the Clippers would try to get back into the game, Lillard and his teammates were ready for the challenge and pulled away again.
“In the past when teams have made a run, I've tried to go out there and will us in the right way, or CJ will try,” Lillard said, per the Associated Press. “But this year, we're leaning on each other. We trust in each other and guys are coming through. We're getting guys hitting big shots, big steals, big defense, hitting big free throws. We're just trusting in it more and more.”
For Portland, small forward Maurice Harkless also had 21 points on an efficient 8-of-11 shooting, while rising star center Jusuf Nurkic contributed a double-double with 17 points, 12 rebounds and four blocked shots on the night.
Lillard, McCollum and the rest of their Blazers teammates face an extremely tough challenge on Tuesday night. In order to achieve win No. 14 in a row, Portland (44-26) must knock off the top-seeded Houston Rockets (56-14) at Moda Center to make that happen.
