One of the best stories in MLB this year is what the Milwaukee Brewers have done all year long. While many of the storylines have gone the way of the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants in the National League, the Brewers have glided along all year long to the tune of an 89-56 record so far.

Christian Yelich is going all out in support of the Brewers faithful and the playoff push. Via ESPN, Yelich is buying 10,000 tickets for an upcoming contest at American Family Field against the St. Louis Cardinals and he will give them out to Milwaukee fans for free.

Yelich, 29, is buying the tickets in appreciation of the fans for next week's four-game series against the second-place St. Louis Cardinals.

“The fans are a big part of what we have accomplished this season,” Yelich said in a statement. “We want American Family Field to be rocking for that last homestand. And we want to give back in a way that shows how much we all appreciate the enthusiasm and support of the best fans in baseball.”

The Brewers have a massive 13.5 game lead over the second-place Cardinals in the NL Central and they will be flying into the postseason with big time expectations.

Milwaukee has one of the best trio's in their rotation with Corbin Burnes, Brandon Woodruff and Freddy Peralta. The offense for the Brewers has been gaining confidence as well as they are playing great baseball at a perfect time of the year.
