Even in retirement, Peyton Manning has been a very busy man. He hosts the hit Manningcast show on ESPN with his brother Eli Manning, will be a host during the 2024 Paris Olympics, coaches his son's youth football team, and much more. Despite having a rather packed schedule, Manning still makes time for the Denver Broncos.

Manning only spent four seasons with the Broncos. Despite this, he has chosen to associate more with the Broncos than his previous team, the Indianapolis Colts. Manning and his family still live in the Denver area, as well. A recent report surfaced that Manning makes multiple visits to the Broncos' headquarters each week using a key fob from his playing days. Needless to say, Manning is welcomed pretty much everywhere in Denver with open arms.

Recently, Manning revealed that he has no interest in owning or running a team any time soon. Instead, he's enjoying his various TV gigs and time with family.

Manning's close relationship with the Broncos is something that general manager George Paton is very thankful for.

“I mean, it’s huge. To have someone like that here who is close to the organization, I think it’s great for all of our players and everyone in the organization,” Paton said via DNVR's Zac Stevens. “He comes by all the time. We have dinner. It’s outstanding. Pick his brain.”

After the Broncos selected quarterback Bo Nix in the 2024 NFL Draft, Manning shot Nix a text welcoming him to the Mile High City. Even after the Broncos acquired Zach Wilson via a trade, Manning reached out to Wilson as well. He also sent head coach Sean Payton a text after the Nix selection, applauding him.

“Especially for a quarterback, someone like Peyton — his status, legend, he has his camp, and I think Bo went to his camp,” Paton said about Manning’s impact on Denver’s quarterbacks. “Obviously, he knows all of the quarterbacks.”

Nix was an attendee of Manning's passing camp some years ago, so Manning is very familiar with the kind of talent Nix possesses. Nix even admitted that Manning has been a great resource for him.

“He’s always been so willing to reach out to me,” Nix said via The Denver Post. “He’s very good at being available to those young guys. … I’m excited to seriously be around him and spend some time with him.”

While Manning doesn't have an official title with the Broncos, he is still heavily involved with the team and providing some much-needed advice and support.
