Russell Wilson is gearing up for the 2022 NFL season with the Denver Broncos. He is ready to lead his new team after spending the first portion of his career in Seattle with the Seahawks. However, Russ has also been indulging in some coaching during the offseason. Wilson has been training Future and Ciara's son, Future Zahir, at the quarterback position.

Wilson can be seen telling him how to utilize the pocket. And Wilson isn't taking it easy on the kid! He understands that tough love goes a long way in sports. And it's safe to say it worked out, as Future Zahir fired a strike to Russell Wilson.

Wilson also trained Kingston who is the son of choreographer Jamaica Craft. Craft sent a thankful message to Wilson, via TMZ.

“Kingston was learning from a living legend!!!!” she said. “Let’s Go God! So appreciative.”

Wilson is preparing for his first year with the Broncos. After 10 years with the Seahawks, playing in Denver will certainly be a big change for the veteran QB. However, Russ displayed he still possesses plenty of talent despite a down season overall for Seattle last year. In 14 games, Wilson threw for over 3,100 yards to go along with 25 touchdowns and just 6 interceptions.

Russell Wilson expects more out of himself. But the efficiency was still there for him. But he is aiming for an even better season in 2022.

And he will continue to prep young quarterbacks of the future! Perhaps Future Zahir and Kingston will find themselves playing in the league someday.
