The Cleveland Browns have been a completely different team this season, more specifically the last two games. Ever since the Browns parted ways with former head coach Hue Jackson, the team has won two of their last three games.

Jackson's next job happened to be with the Cincinnati Bengals, the team he formerly worked with right before he became Cleveland's head coach. Some of the Brown's players took exception to Jackson's new job, most notably quarterback Baker Mayfield. Mayfield spoke his mind when asked about the situation and didn't seem to appreciate that Jackson to a job for a team within Cleveland's division. Offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens backed his rookie quarterback.

Kitchens has turned the offense around greatly since taking over for Todd Haley after Haley was let go after Cleveland's Week 8 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers along with Hue Jackson. The Browns have posted 21, 28, and 35 points in their last three games, and it appears Kitchens is taking advantage of the talented offense he has at his disposal.

Baker Mayfield has been absolutely fantastic since Kitchens took over as the offensive coordinator. Mayfield has thrown for 771 yards and nine touchdowns in his last three starts. Mayfield's stats compared to when Todd Haley was making the play calls are trending drastically upward and Mayfield has decreased his turnovers exponentially with a new play caller.

Kitchens has Mayfield's back and that speaks volume for a coach who is undoubtedly swarming his quarterback with confidence. The Browns are looking like a new team after the coaching changes, however, they face a tough task against the Houston Texans this Sunday.
