Bruce Arians addressed the media Thursday after shockingly stepping down as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in order to join the front office. In his address to the media, Arians offered a hilarious self-evaluation of his tenure as the Buccaneers' head coach. Arians was surprisingly candid about his impact on the Bucs' success, dropping an NSFW review of his time as head coach, via Dov Kleiman.

Arians kept it real saying “I didn't really do s***,” when asked about the role he played in Tampa's Super Bowl run. Arians gave all the credit to his players and the staff around him, suggesting that he was merely the face of the hard work that his coaches put in.
While most coaches might take the time to boast about themselves for a minute or two upon their retirement from coaching, Arians completely downplayed his impact on Tampa's Super Bowl win.
With Arians moving into a front-office role, defensive coordinator Todd Bowles will step up and take over as head coach. Arians offered loads of praise over Bowles' ability to run the team, and even suggested that part of the reason he decided to step down was that so Bowles would inherit a team that was ready to win.
As for his plans for Bucs game days in the future, Arians revealed he won't be on the sideline with the team. The 69-year-old admitted that he'd probably be a distraction with his non-stop barking at the officials, so perhaps it's for the best that he stay out of earshot from the refs.
