Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are preparing for a Wild Card round matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. Brady has a history with the Eagles, as he was defeated by them in the 2018 Super Bowl while a member of the New England Patriots. After the Patriots-Eagles Super Bowl, Brady seemingly slighted then-Eagles quarterback Nick Foles by not shaking his hand after the loss, an event that surely boils every Philly fan's blood to this day. Brady was asked about the moment and addressed not shaking Foles' hand after the Patriots-Eagles Super Bowl, via Eagles Wire and AP NFL writer Rob Maaddi.

Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady smiled when asked about not shaking then-Eagles signal-caller Nick Foles' hand following the Patriots-Eagles Super Bowl. Brady said that he was not aware of how mad Philly fans were, which is extremely hard to believe given how big of a deal it was.

Finally, Brady said that he has “a lot of respect for Foles” and that he has “shaken his hand plenty of times.” Eagles fans will respond to that by saying that the former Patriots quarterback didn't shake Foles' hand when it mattered most.

Brady and Eagles fans will likely agree to disagree on that point. One thing is for sure. Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will surely have plenty of motivation when the Eagles come to town this Sunday- and vice versa.
