The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are getting ready for Year 3 with Tom Brady under center. However, this season will be different because Bruce Arians will not be the coach. His retirement from coaching and move to the front office gave way to Todd Bowles to take up the job.

Arians' departure from coaching came just two weeks after Brady announced he would not actually retire. It was speculated that the two had a falling out, which led to Arians taking a different job with the Buccaneers.

With reports suggesting there was friction and others denying it, Brady made it clear that there is no truth to the reports that he and Arians aren't getting along. He said that Arians was one of the reasons why he chose to join the Buccaneers:

Arians was surprisingly not too involved in the Buccaneers' offense last season, which makes his transition to the front office make more sense. However, it was his lack of working with Brady and offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich that fueled the belief that there was beef between them.

Still, Arians previously echoed Brady's sentiments and said that there was no beef between them. The two were able to win a Super Bowl together in their first season working together with the Buccaneers. Their partnership remains intact even as Arians moves to a different part of the organization.

Tom Brady, Bruce Arians and the Buccaneers are looking to make it back to the Super Bowl after losing in the Divisional round to the Los Angeles Rams last season.
