It seems like Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has already settled in his sunny new home in Florida after spending 20 years in the chilly Boston area as a player for the New England Patriots. His recent statement was also indicative that he is already ruling out a return to his former team or even to another cold-weather team in the future, via Yahoo Sports.
“But I've loved just being outside every day. I was a native Californian for a long time in my life and I went away from it for about 25 years. You won't catch me dead living in the Northeast anymore. I'm loving the warm weather and it's been a great feeling.”
After winning six Super Bowl titles with the franchise that gave him the opportunity of a lifetime back in 2000, Brady has already decided to seek greener pastures in the recent offseason. His arrival turned him to become the new focal point of the Buccaneers squad which has been settling in mediocrity for the past few years.

Their 7-5 record puts them in contention for a spot in the upcoming playoffs if they manage to keep up the pace and close out the remainder of the season on a winning note.
On the other hand, Brady's former team in the Patriots has been struggling mainly due to a lack of depth in their roster caused by the previous player opt-outs because of the coronavirus pandemic. With a 6-7 tally, the Patriots' 11-year reign as AFC East divisional champions could already come to an end this season.
At an advanced age of 43, Tom Brady will aim to put himself in the present situation and do whatever he can to contribute in Tampa Bay until his contract expires in 2022. For now, the uncertainties of the future will have to wait as he only looks to focus on handling the business for the Buccaneers this season.
