Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady sent shockwaves through the sports world earlier this week when he came out of retirement ahead of his 23rd season. It didn't take long for TB12 to come back to the NFL, but the person who bought his “last” touchdown ball for $518,000 was probably not too pleased.
Well, the Buccaneers superstar made an awesome gesture to that bidder, asking FTX, who are in the crypto business, to donate Bitcoin:

Hey, not a bad trade-off. Obviously, he won't be getting half a million back for that football, but crypto is always valuable. More importantly, Brady didn't have to do that. It just goes to show how good of a guy he really is. You'd have to believe the bidder is content with some Bitcoin.
Many believed the Buccaneers veteran wouldn't stay retired for long. While he is 44, TB12 isn't showing any signs of aging. He also did just win a Super Bowl in 2020. This man has lots left in the tank.
Tampa is undoubtedly thrilled to have him back because it was still frankly unknown who would replace him. The Buccaneers would've probably struggled without a legitimate signal-caller in 2022. Now, they're instantly a Super Bowl contender again.
Tom Brady is ready to chase another title.
