The Los Angeles Chargers are preparing for their home opener against the Dallas Cowboys in the first regular-season game with fans. But, the Cowboys Chargers game has a bit of a college reunion for a couple of players– Joey Bosa and Ezekiel Elliott.

The two NFL stars were teammates at Ohio State and have both found immense success at the NFL level for their respective teams. Bosa and Elliott shared some memories from their time with the Buckeyes, and the Chargers star edge rusher mentioned about the last time these two went up against each other, via Jon Machota of The Athletic.

“Last time we played against each other was in practice. We didn't take it easy on each other then so I'm sure we won't this weekend.”

So, it has been some time since these two went up against one another and now they get an opportunity on Sunday. Elliott also spoke about the relationship with the Chargers star, and the two were roommates at Ohio State together.

That picture is pure gold and they have both come a long way since then. Bosa is a Pro Bowl edge rusher, and Elliott is one of the best running backs in the NFL. But, the Chargers and Cowboys face off on Sunday and surely these two won't be friends on the field, especially with Bosa and that defense dealing with the tough task of stopping Elliott.

Bosa vs Elliott, for the first time since Ohio State practice. This should be fun.
