The Los Angeles Chargers are already without tight end Hunter Henry. Now, they may be down another huge option in their passing game.

According to Fernando Ramirez of NBC Sports San Diego, Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn says that the team is concerned about the availability of wide receiver Mike Williams for the team's Week 2 matchup against the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon.

Williams left the Bolts' season-opening win over the Indianapolis Colts with a knee injury last weekend. Afterward, he said his knee tightened up in the fourth quarter. However, he said he was fine.

But it doesn't seem like Williams, who logged two catches for 29 yards before exiting, is 100 percent.

The news comes after a report that Henry suffered a severe knee injury in the victory.

Williams, who played his collegiate football at Clemson, was originally selected by Los Angeles with the seventh overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Injuries limited the 24-year-old during his rookie campaign, as he played in just 10 games and caught 11 passes for 95 yards. He then broke out last year, appearing in all 16 contests and hauling in 43 receptions for 664 yards and 10 touchdowns.

If Williams is sidelined for an extended period of time, it would be a major blow for a Chargers team that is already short on weapons after the loss of Henry.

Remember: Los Angeles lost fellow wide out Tyrell Williams to the Oakland Raiders in free agency, and running back Melvin Gordon, who represents a threat in the passing game as well as the ground attack, is holding out.
