The Los Angeles Chargers desperately needed a big play to keep their comeback hopes alive in the final minutes against the Kansas City Chiefs. Receiver Mike Williams tried his best.

Williams made an incredible leap to haul in a 50-yard bomb from quarterback Philip Rivers, via via NFL Twitter:

Williams had dropped a similar pass earlier in the game, however, he has managed to make up for it with a number of spectacular grabs to keep multiple drives alive. Catches like this only serve to solidify his status as one of the more lethal downfield threats in the league.

Unfortunately, the Chargers were not able to take advantage of Williams' stellar grab after Rivers threw his fourth interception of the day to seal the game for the Chiefs. Although they may have come up short in yet another close game, it will be interesting to see if he can garner more looks in the passing game considering his overall lack of usage in the 2019 NFL season.
