The Chicago Bears are set to take on their longtime rival in the Green Bay Packers for a Week 14 Showdown. Both of these teams met earlier in the season and Green Bay was able to walk away with a 24-14 win.

Chicago is a disappointing 4-8 on the season while the Packers are an impressive 9-3. The Bears have had yet another disappointing season and haven't even been able to develop their young quarterback Justin Fields as much as they were hoping for. He is going to start against the Packers on Sunday according to head coach Matt Nagy.

Although the Bears' season might already be over, they're going to want to get a win against their biggest rival. It's going to take a lot out of them to get this done but the Bears do have more talent than their 4-8 record so anything is still possible. Let's take a look at four bold predictions for the Bears-Packers contest in Week 14.

Bears Week 14 Predictions

4. Fields doesn't look great returning from injury

It's going to be tough for Justin Fields to do anything after he is returning from an injury. Factor in that he is also going up against one of the tougher defenses in all of football and has to play at Lambeau Field, it won't be a game that Fields is going to want to remember.

The young quarterback will not throw for over 120 yards and will also throw two interceptions. He will also not have a throwing touchdown as the Bears are going to have a tough time scoring the football.

3. The defense plays bad once again

The defense has been bad for most of the season while they have given up 25-plus points in plenty of their games. The last time these two teams met, Green Bay scored 24 points but that is going to almost double when they play in Week 14.

Chicago's defense isn't going to have an answer for Aaron Rodgers just like they haven't had for most of the past decade. Green Bay is going to score 40-plus points en route to a blowout victory as the Bears are going to fall to 4-9 on the year.

2. Aaron Rodgers still ‘owns' the Bears

The last time these two teams matched up, Aaron Rodgers let all the Bears fans in the stadium know that he owns their franchise. As much as Bears fans hate to admit it, Rodgers does indeed own the franchise. His numbers against the Bears are simply mind-blowing as they have not had an answer for the guy for nearly the past decade. This isn't going to change as the Bears are still not a good football team and Rodgers is going to once again have over 300 yards for two or more touchdowns.

1. Chicago loses by two or more touchdowns

There's a possibility that this game is even worse than just two or more touchdowns. Green Bay has the potential to score 40-plus points against this Bears team while the Bears don't have a great chance to even score 14 points.

This is going to be a lopsided victory for the Packers and Bears fans won't be too happy with their team's performance.
