The Kansas City Chiefs were one of a few teams without a first-round pick in this year's NFL Draft, though they still selected a few rookies that will be expected to produce sooner than later.

Chiefs fans got a first look at some of the skill sets of those rooks Monday when the Madden 20 ratings were revealed.

Wide receiver and second-round pick Mecole Hardman, as well as defensive tackle and third-round pick Khalen Saunders, led the group of Kansas City Chiefs rookies with an overall rating of 70. Safety and second-round pick Juan Thornhill was next with an overall rating of 69, via 24/7 Sports.

Around the league, some of the highest rated rookies overall included defensive tackle Quinnen Williams of the New York Jets (80), defensive tackle Ed Oliver of the Buffalo Bills (79), defensive end Nick Bosa of the San Francisco 49ers (78). Madden 20 is scheduled for release on August 2.

Hardman and the other rookies will be starting their training camp practices on July 24.
