Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is tangled up in the latest media drama surrounding his family.

Former player and current Fox Sports Radio host Rich Ohrnberger tweeted that Mahomes told his fiancee and brother that he does not want them to attend Chiefs games next season.

Ohrnberger followed up with the original post and tweeted that the Chiefs quarterback finds Brittany Matthews and Jackson Mahomes to be a distraction. According to Ohrnberger's unverified source, Mahomes also thinks that the duo's “sideline antics” are bad for the quarterback's brand.

The “sideline antics” mentioned likely include Brittany spraying fans with champagne after the Chiefs' AFC Divisional Round win, and Jackson's sideline TikTok dances and poor behavior towards restaurant workers.

TMZ has since squashed this rumor, and the Chiefs quarterback invalidated it himself shortly after.

He tweeted this Friday afternoon in reference to and falsifying Ohrnberger's report.

As if his original tweet wasn't enough to clear the air, Mahomes even retweeted this hilarious tweet from FanDuel regarding Ohrnberger's rumor.

This isn't the first rumor that Ohrnberger stirred up. A few hours before the Chiefs rumor, he tweeted that there was bad blood between Bruce Arians and Tom Brady. According to (yet another) unverified source, the relationship between the two was “souring” at the end of Brady's career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
