LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Clippers got superstar forward Kawhi Leonard back for Wednesday night's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. However, Leonard says they team may also lose starting big man Serge Ibaka after recent events.

In his first media availability since suffering the nasty mouth laceration that resulted in eight stitches to the inside of his mouth, Kawhi Leonard says it was hard to breath in his mask, and also said his Clippers teammates started calling him “Leatherface.” The funniest moment of the night came when he said that Clippers teammate Serge Ibaka can't talk much right now because the team has put him on the trading block for what he did to Leonard on Christmas night.

“Serge can’t talk too much,” Leonard said after the Clippers' win. “We got him on the trading block right now. Whoever wants him, let us know. We're trying to trade Serge.”

Everyone knew Kawhi Leonard was a fun guy, but more examples never hurt his case for being funny, both intentionally and unintentionally.

Leonard suffered the mouth laceration during the team's Christmas Day game against the Denver Nuggets. Both players went for an offensive rebound, but Ibaka elbowed Leonard on the way up, causing the Clippers star to collapse and bleed instantly.

Leonard returned from his two-game absence on Wednesday to record 28 points, three rebounds, seven assists, and three steals on 9-of-17 shooting from the field. Ibaka was also a key contributor in the win, adding 11 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and a blocked shot. The Clippers dominated the Blazers basically right from the opening tip in the 128-105 win.

The Clippers will now travel to Utah to face the Jazz on New Year's Day before finishing their  two-game road trip in Phoenix against the Suns on Sunday.
