In the wake of a blockbuster trade with the Detroit Pistons, the L.A. Clippers are looking to shake up their roster even more, as they're expected to pursue more young players in exchange for two of their most valuable assets in center DeAndre Jordan and guard Lou Williams, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Clippers have reportedly engaged the Cleveland Cavaliers in trade conversations for Jordan in the past, but none went into diagraming the action, given the Cavs' reluctance to give up their prized Brooklyn Nets pick for the big man.

Williams is having a career-year as a 31-year-old and teams around the league view him as one of the hottest commodities off the bench, as a quality addition to any team looking for a scoring punch.

The Georgia native was leading the team in scoring with 23.5 points, 5.2 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per game, coming over from the Houston Rockets as part of a packaged deal in return for point guard Chris Paul. Williams had played for three teams in a span of five months, starting the 2016-17 season with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Jordan, has recently come back from injury and is still considered an elite rebounder at his position, sitting a close second to Andre Drummond for the league's rebounding title, averaging 14.8 rebounds per game along with 11.9 points on 66.8 percent from the field.

A much-improved free-throw shooter, much like Detroit's Drummond; Jordan isn't longer viewed as a calamity at the line — presenting much better opportunities for his future if he were to land elsewhere prior to the Feb. 8 trade deadline.
