L.A. Clippers owner Steve Ballmer celebrated like the most hardcore NBA fan after a follow-up jam by Montrezl Harrell.

Steve Ballmer has built a reputation as one of the most jubilant fans out there. What makes him stand out is the fact that he's a billionaire and he owns an NBA team. But just like basketball-crazy heads like us, Ballmer goes wild for follow up dunks such as the one above.

And Ballmer has all the right to celebrate. The Clippers are doing very well early in the season. Analysts thought that they will be rebuilding in the next couple of years after the exits of Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan, and Blake Griffin.

Yet they were able to salvage great players from the various deals. These include Tobias Harris, Danilo Gallinari, and Lou Williams, among others. They may not be tagged as all-stars, but they have been critical pieces for the Clippers. Time will only tell if their success will extend further into the postseason. But at present, things are looking good for Ballmer and his team.
