After the trade, Adams signed a five-year, $141.25 million contract with the Raiders, making him the highest-paid wide receiver in the NFL.

The trade reunited Adams with his quarterback at Fresno State, Derek Carr.

“Any time you change QBs from Hall-of-Famer to Hall-of-Famer it’s going to be a little bit of an adjustment,” Adams said of leaving Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay and joining Carr with the Raiders. “Both are great players and great to be around. I’m just enjoying that process and getting better myself. Trying to do as much as I can to help these guys go out there and win as many games as we can.”

According to Spotrac, if Adams plays out his entire contract, he will be set to make $201,968,141 once it is finished.

Aside from his massive contract, Adams has a lot of major endorsement deals to his name with companies such as Nike, Taco Bell, Optimum Nutrition, Beats by Dre and Pepsi.
