After easily beating China and Venezuela by more than 40 points, Australia seemed to be more of a challenge with the United States men's basketball team barely winning 98-88 in a Rio Olympics matchup on Wednesday.

Carmelo Anthony had a phenomenal night leading the United States with 31 points and becoming the all-time leading scorer in U.S. men’s Olympic history with 293 total points.

Though Anthony was the shining star, Kyrie Irving had some important input in the win with his late three sealing the victory. Most of his teammates were happy, but Draymond Green had some bittersweet feelings.

As you surely recall, the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers faced off in the 2016 NBA Finals. The Cavs came up with the win thanks to Irving’s game-sealing three. If somehow you don’t remember, here’s a reminder:

In response to this, Green took to Snapchat to share his pain and the rubbing of the salt in the wound.

Green may not have won the NBA finals, but the U.S. team seems to be the favorite to win the Olympics. Hopefully Green doesn’t see a gold medal as a terrible consolation prize.
