Diddy has been accused of harassment, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, in separate lawsuits filed by his former producer Lil Rod and an unnamed woman. Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who worked as both a photographer and producer for the rap mogul, filed a lawsuit against him in February. He claims that under his employment with Diddy, which was from September 2022 to November 2023, he saw the Bad Boys Records founder engage in “serious illegal activity,” per NBC News. Jones lived with the rap mogul during that time and said that he would walk around the home naked.  Jones also claims that associates of Diddy “groped his genitals and his anus” as well as attempted to “groom him” to have sex with him.

In the court filing, it also says that Diddy would invite underaged girls and sex workers into the home and would offer them drinks that had been laced with drugs. The lawsuit also names Diddy's oldest son, Justin Combs; his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram; Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge; and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam as defendants. Jones is seeking $30 million in damages.

Another lawsuit filing in December 2023 involved an alleged incident that occurred in 2003 with a 17-year-old girl at the time. Diddy was 34 at the time of the alleged incident. According to an article per Rolling Stone, Harve Pierre, who was the president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and Diddy invited the girl inside his recording studio in Manhattan. The girl was from Detroit and Diddy and Pierre met up with her to fly her to New York City. That's where Pierre, Diddy, and an unnamed man allegedly sexually assaulted the underage girl.

Casandra “Cassie” Ventura also filed a lawsuit against the rap mogul in November 2023, accusing him of rape, forcing her into human trafficking, and plying her with drugs during their 11-year relationship. They “amicably” settled the case the following day.

In a statement per TMZ, Ventura stated: “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Diddy stated: “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”
