Although the Miami Dolphins were an even 3-3 on the season under the direction of veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, head coach Brian Flores ultimately decided to make a change entering the team's bye week. With rookie signal-caller and former Alabama Crimson Tide standout Tua Tagovailoa now running the show for the team, Miami is a perfect 3-0 ever since the switch was made.

Most recently, the Dolphins dismantled the visiting Los Angeles Chargers, a team that can't seem to get out of its own way. The Dolphins defeated the Chargers by the score of 29-21 in Week 10, although that score doesn't truly indicate how lopsided the AFC clash was throughout the course of the game.

Most importantly, though, Tua Tagovailoa managed to out-duel fellow rookie quarterback Justin Herbert, who has been able to show glimpses of brilliance on an individual level this season even with the Chargers having trouble finding wins with him under center. Of course, Tagovailoa was selected by the Dolphins with the No. 5 overall pick in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, with the former Oregon Ducks standout Herbert coming off the board just one pick later at No. 6 overall.

With the No. 1 overall pick from the 2020 NFL Draft in Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow also performing well in 2020-21, Tagovailoa has been the one to do the majority of the winning when it comes to this trio of up-and-coming signal callers. If the 2020-21 regular season were to end today, the Dolphins would be right in the thick of the AFC playoff picture.
