Christian “King” Combs, the son of hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, finds himself embroiled in legal trouble as he faces allegations of sexual assault, TMZ reports. Grace O'Marcaigh has filed a lawsuit against King Combs in Los Angeles, claiming that she was sexually assaulted by him during a yacht party in late 2022. O'Marcaigh, who was working as a steward on the yacht allegedly chartered by Diddy, accuses King Combs of forcing himself on her during the event.

The lawsuit, which is currently in the works according to attorney Tyrone Blackburn, alleges that King Combs became fixated on O'Marcaigh after joining the yacht party. Despite the event being advertised as family-friendly, O'Marcaigh claims that King Combs made unwanted advances towards her, including trying to kiss and grope her. She further alleges that King Combs attempted to spike her drink and cornered her in a studio on the yacht, where he allegedly tried to force her to perform oral sex.
O'Marcaigh asserts that she has audio recordings of the incident, which she claims depict her rejecting King Combs' advances and attempting to escape from him. Additionally, she alleges that her forearm was bruised during the altercation. While King Combs has not directly addressed the allegations, he recently shared a cryptic post on social media that read “stop the [blue cap emoji].”
Diddy Named in Lawsuit Alleging Liability
In addition to King Combs, Diddy himself has been named as a defendant in O'Marcaigh's lawsuit. She accuses Diddy of being liable for chartering the yacht where the alleged assault took place. O'Marcaigh also claims to have witnessed Diddy onboard with women she describes as “sex workers” and alleges that Diddy exposed himself to Yung Miami during a game of “Careesha Please.” Notably, she claims that these events were recorded by a Hulu camera crew.
Tyrone Blackburn, the same lawyer who filed a lawsuit on behalf of Rodney Jones, Diddy's formerly-hired music producer, is representing O'Marcaigh in this case. Jones is also involved in the allegations surrounding the yacht party. O'Marcaigh asserts that Diddy aided and abetted King Combs in the alleged assault, leading to her decision to sue him as well.
As the legal battle unfolds, Diddy's family finds itself under scrutiny, with both his son and himself facing serious allegations. The outcome of the lawsuit remains to be seen as O'Marcaigh seeks justice for the alleged assault she claims to have endured during the yacht party.
