While Ben Solo/Kylo Ren died at the end of The Rise of Skywalker, who's to say Adam Driver won't return to Star Wars? Deadpool 3 director Shawn Levy had a cheeky response when asked about a potential Kylo Ren spin-off film.

Pre-Sith Kylo Ren movie?

Deadpool 3, MCU, Ryan Reynolds, Wolverine (Hugh Jackman)

Speaking to Variety, Levy was asked about his Star Wars movie. Given Levy's relationship with Driver, he was asked if his Star Wars film could be a. Force Awakens prequel that would see Kylo Ren return.

“Your words, not mine!” Levy said. “As you know Adam is a buddy, and I've always been a huge fan of Kylo Ren. But no comment.”

That doesn't give a definitive answer either way. Driver doesn't seem like an actor who would return to Star Wars. He's gone on to appear in Oscar-type films and has seemingly left the galaxy far, far away in the past.

Shawn Levy is gearing up for the release of his Netflix series, All the Light We Cannot See. The show is an adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize-winning book of the same name. Levy will resume production on his MCU debut, Deadpool 3, after the SAG-AFTRA strike. He is also set to direct a Star Wars film. However, the story is unknown at this time.

Adam Driver played Kylo Ren in the sequel Star Wars series. Since The Rise of Skywalker, Driver has starred in a ton of different films. 2021 was a Ridley Scott double feature, with The Last Duel and House of Gucci both releasing in the fall. Driver starred in both films. He reunited with Noah Baumbach for White Noise last year and will star in Ferrari this winter. Next year he will star in Francis Ford Coppola's Megalopolis.
