The Tennessee Titans must continue without Derrick Henry, which means fantasy football managers must do the same. It's a tough situation, as Henry has been an elite fantasy option throughout this season. Now, any managers who had him rostered are left wondering, “what should I do now?”

There are options, albeit, they aren't ideal. Derrick Henry was the RB1 in fantasy football this season and now he's vanished for several weeks. It's not all bad though, as according to Ian Rapoport, Henry will be out anywhere between 6-8 weeks. It appears as though the Titans dodged a bullet for now.

That means Henry will return late in the regular season and could be available come playoff time for fantasy football. That means, if you have him rostered, do not drop him. Save him on the bench or in an IR slot and hold. Hopefully, you can make it to the fantasy football playoffs in your league. If you do, you'll have a strong RB1 to come in and help you win it all come the postseason.

For now, there will be some options available in regards to finding a replacement for Derrick Henry in fantasy football. For starters, Titans backup Jeremy McNichols is available in most leagues. He's a must-add now that Henry is out of the picture. He's done well with his limited opportunities and could provide solid flex-worthy production.

Another option is adding veteran Adrian Peterson. The Titans just signed the veteran running back on Monday, as he'll be playing alongside McNichols. Peterson might have a slow start as he must become more acclimated with the Titans' offense. However, he could be another decent flex option by Week 10.

A few other running back options who might be available in your fantasy football waiver wire are Boston Scott, Nyheim Hines, D'Earnest Johnson, or David Johnson. All of which have the potential to be decent flex options and help you remain competitive in your fantasy leagues.
